PT evaluation and treatment sessions are not limited by insurance and are designed to maximize recovery by working towards YOUR goals with the approach and intensity that is best for you. They can be done in your home or a place of your choosing such as the park, office, or gym.

Works towards your fitness goals! Have you reached your goals in physical therapy, but want to go further? Have you recently been diagnosed with a neurologic condition and want a fitness assessment? Are you participating in physical therapy, but need or want more physical activity? Do you have a sport or leisure activity that you want to return to? Individualized wellness sessions designed by a Neuro PT are for you!

Do you accept my insurance?

NeuroThrive Physical Therapy and Wellness is a cash pay private practice and out of network with all insurance companies. NeuroThrive Physical Therapy and Wellness does not bill insurance companies or submit paperwork on behalf of patients. All payment for service will be accepted at the time of service. NeuroThrive can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out of network coverage.

Why are you out of network?

Insurance often limits physical therapy visits and what can be done during evaluation and treatment sessions. As an out of network practice, I can provide the most beneficial treatment that is backed by the research without limitations. I can provide you with what you truly need to meet your goals and do the activities that are most meaningful to you.
What should I expect from a physical therapy evaluation and treatment session?

Your physical therapy evaluation will include a time for us to get to know each other so that I understand your health history, your goals, and what is important for you as you begin physical therapy. We will then do comprehensive testing to determine the best plan of care for you. Your plan of care will be completely tailored to you. The evaluation will last 60 minutes or more depending on what is best for you. Treatment sessions will be custom designed for you, research driven, and targeted to address your specific limitations and goals.
What is the NeuroThrive360 Wellness Program and how is it different than physical therapy?

NeuroThrive360 is a one on one wellness program to address improvement of overall fitness, act as a supplement to current or previous physical therapy, and address recreational goals that may not be considered medically necessary such as return to sport. As a part of the program, you will participate in a fitness evaluation that is less specific than a physical therapy evaluation. Wellness sessions will include exercises to address overall strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and much more depending on what you need most.
